Bowing with heart

Put your hands on your chest where your heart is. Let the head roll over to the front and your chest to follow. It is a sequential movement that has a hierarchic structure: First the head then the chest.

Now, put your hands again on the chest. Initiate the bowing movement starting from the heart where your hands are. This time the movement takes place simultaneously as your lungs move to the sides, heart moves towards the back and your neck together with the head roll slightly forward.
